Flow is an experimental lounge chair design that investigates positive and negative space. The chair comprises two distinctive parts: a wavy surface and a geometrical frame. The massive bent plywood piece sits on the empty framed structure, creating contrasts in volume. The chair design attempts to discover the possible balance and harmony between the contradictions in the visual. They are the curves and the straight lines, the full and the void in space.
