Inspired by a temporary astronomical event - Eclipse, which brings a miracle and beautiful moment to the earth. I tried to express the feeling by creating a luminary sculpture for indoor space runs by a simple mechanism. When the lampshade is being rotated, the reflection of the light gives various levels of gradient shadows along the arch. The rotation enables changes of light direction, resulting as a functional and decorative floor lamp for everyday use.
